Following Procedure is to be followed
- Convene a Meeting of Board of Directors [As per section 173 & SS-1]
- File Application for seeking Extension of time limit.
- File Form CHG-4 with ROC.
- Certificate of Registration of Satisfaction of Charge by ROC.
- Make Necessary entries in the Register of Charge.
What is Memorandum of satisfaction of Charge?
A document stating that a mortgage or charge on property has been repaid. It has to be signed by all the parties concerned and a copy sent to the Registrar of Companies, if the mortgage or charge was made by a company.
Can satisfaction of Charge be filed after 30 days?

Is board resolution required for satisfaction of charge?
