How long does a Brittany Ferries voucher last?

How rough is the crossing from Portsmouth to Santander?
The crossing is about 4-5 hours longer than the regular crossing but we saved a few hundred pounds so we were happy with that. I would just recommend that everyone takes some Kwells (best travel sickness remedy) with them. The Bay of Biscay can be brutal at times and even the hardiest of tummies can suffer.
