Transfer your phone number to giffgaff You can bring your old number to giffgaff, it could be switched over as early as tomorrow (Mon-Friday) if you get a wriggle on. Two simple tasks: Ask your old network for your PAC (you can just text ‘PAC’ to 65075 from the number you want to transfer)

How do I keep my current mobile number when I join giffgaff?
- Text “PAC” to 65075 from your old SIM (not your giffgaff one)
- Activate your giffgaff SIM on our activation page (you’ll be given a temporary number for the time being)
- Once your SIM is active, pop over to our number transfer page to enter your PAC.
How do I keep my phone number with code?
1) Call or text your provider to get a PAC Code A PAC (porting authorisation code) is an alphanumeric code that you’ll need to transfer your number to a new network. It’ll be valid for 30 days after it was supplied to you. If you leave it any longer to start porting your number, you’ll need to get a new PAC.

How do I transfer my number from O2 to giffgaff?
Just ring O2 customer services on 4445 and tell them you would like to have your PAC code which is 3 numbers and 3 letters. Then go to my giffgaff and on the bottom left is the option to ‘port’ your number. Just follow the on screen instructions and before you know it you’ll be transferred to giffgaff with your number.
