How do I access ESR Navy?
The ESR application is available via the NSIPS web page. All service members are encouraged to obtain a self-service ESR account. Command representatives can obtain access to their command’s ESR records via the NSIPS web page link above.
How do I log into Nsips?
Login to the Navy’s Standard integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) via this link: https://nsips.navy.mil. If you receive a “Security Risk” warning you can safely bypass the warning and continue to NSIPS.
Where do I find my Navy data summary?
On the left navigation bar, go to Electronic Service Record > View > Member Data Summary. Verify that current “Enlisted Designator” entry matches “Warfare Qualification History” entry further down the page. NOTE: Also verify that all earned warfare qualifications display on the CMS-ID “Sailor Info” page.
Where can I find my Navy home of record?
All active duty and reserve personnel having a BOL account, a Common Access Card (CAC) and a CAC-enabled computer can now view their OMPF record online by selecting the “OMPF – My Record” link under the BOL Application Menu. See NAVADMIN 011/09 for details.

Can you log into Nsips from home?
At this time, access to Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) and BUPERS Online (BOL) will still require CAC access and will not be accessible from mobile devices without using a CAC.
How do I access my Navy portal from home?
Select your email certificate. Navigate to MyNavy Portal (MNP) Public Site by adding ‘https://my.navy.mil’ in the address bar. On the MNP Public Site, select the Login button and select either ‘Low Bandwidth Mode’ or ‘High Bandwidth Mode’.

To access your Officer Data Card (ODC), Officer Summary Record (OSR), Performance Summary Report (PSR) online, log in at https://www.bol.navy.mil. From here you can view your ODC, OSR and PSR by clicking on the “ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR” tab.
