If you want to sign up to the service and there is already a green garden waste bin at your property, perhaps left by a previous owner, we will not deliver a new bin to you. Want to change the number of bins, change your address or cancel your contract?

If you sign up or renew the service you will receive a sticker for your bin or bins. You should get your sticker within 14 days after subscribing or renewing. If your bin does not display the 2021/2022 sticker it will not be emptied from Monday 7 June 2021. Please note stickers will not be issued for compostable sacks.
