Is it worth importing Witcher 1 save?

Importing a save is nice, but it’s not that important. My imported save gave me the Aerondight as a starting silver sword which isn’t that great in Witcher 2 (it just saves you from having to craft a silver sword early on in Chapter 1). IIRC it may also give you slightly better armor.
